SchoolID, a California Corporation. has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that SchoolID, a California Corporation. shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
The Software and its related documentation are provided "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind and SchoolID expressly disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall SchoolID, a California Corporation be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use the Software or related documentation, even if SchoolID, a California Corporation has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall SchoolID, a California Corporation's liability exceed the license fee paid, if any.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Agreement, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision of the Agreement shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
